STCFOCC core values talk about helping others , and loving others unconditionally as God loves us.
We believe in the holistic approach. We believe in feeding our community Mind, Body and Soul.
Under the direction of the Outreach Committee, we are a center very much concerned with helping our neighbours, near and far, by raising funds and providing hours of volunteer work in partnership with many organizations and initiatives in the Gatineau region.

Pastor Nahomie is a Wife, Mother, Author, Coach, Psalmist, and Senior pastor of Set the Captives Free Outreach Center Canada
Ronald is a Husband, Father, Speaker, Consultant and Executive Pastor of Set the Captive Free Outreach Center Canada
Pastors Nahomie and Ronald believe the hope our communities need comes through the local church. They are committing to help people become emotionally healthy and spiritually mature, and truly being formed to be disciples of Jesus. Led by the belief that Jesus meant what He said, everyone can go from a life of mediocrity to the life of living fully alive by committing to following Jesus and being lead by the Holy Spirit.
Nahomie and Ronald have 3 boys —Micah, Hezekiah, and Joiakim who are a huge joy and wild adventure in their life.
Our Covering
Believing that those in authority should also be under authority, Pastors Ronald & Nahomie and Set The Captive Free Outreach Centre Canada are under the spiritual covering of Pastors Linwood & Dr. Karen Bethea. They are the pastors of Set The Captives Free Outreach Center.
