Set The Captive Free Outreach Centre Canada

STCFOCC core values talk about helping others , and loving others unconditionally as God loves us.

We believe in the holistic approach. We believe in feeding our community Mind, Body and Soul.

Under the direction of the Outreach Committee, we are a center very much concerned with helping our neighbours, near and far, by raising funds and providing hours of volunteer work in partnership with many organizations and initiatives in the Gatineau region.

Here at Set The Captive Free Outreach Centre Canada, we are driven by a single goal; to lead people and help them finding freedom in community, showing them how to discover their purpose, so that together we can make a difference.

Core Values

The Word of God

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24

“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;” Luke 18:1

“God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.” Psalm 68:6

Evangelism & Community

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” Mark 16: 15-16

“And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart…” Acts 2:46

Mission & Vision

Mission The 4 TO's

TO proclaim the Word of God to unbelievers, to make them believers, to the believers to make them disciples to build the Kingdom of God.

TO making disciples that reach up, reach in, and reach out.

TO help people find freedom through healing and deliverance, grow in faith, discover their purpose and make a difference and help the community.

TO become a beacon of light in the Ottawa-Gatineau region according to Acts 2: 42-47 and to fulfill out our biblical mandate according to Matthew 28v19-20 of making disciples serving God and his people.

We are a community center that does church!!

The Outreach Centre is dedicated to putting this mission into action by providing a full range of charitable, human service, educational, spiritual, and community development activities.

These activities help people realize their God-given potential as uniquely gifted individuals in their family, community, and relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ.

STCFOCC | “A New Thing”

“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen. This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.”  – Isaiah 43:18-21
